Sandum/InsaiL can machine all of the most crucial components of your valves including seats, stems, guides, studs, pistons, housings, friction sleeves, main valves and more. We understand that valve components can require extremely smooth surface finishes and Sandum/In-saiL is used to machining critical surfaces finishes, some as critical as 5Ra. We have turned diameters to a roundness of .0002 on some of the most difficult materials including Inconel, Hastelloy and many 300 series SST and many other materials.

Sandum/InsaiL also machines other components ranging from specially machined and heat treated bolts and screws with miniature to standard size threads to various types and configurations of pins, caps and connectors.
